G.E.A.R (Generating Employment Alternative for self-Reliance) is non-profit organization, who provides 'interest free - micro loans' unlike conventional microfinance banks. All the financings and expenses have been catered through donations, however in future we intend to incorporate Shariah compliant modes such as Musharkah, Mudarbahand and Ijarah to cover our operating expenses as well.

PROGRESS SO FAR G.E.A.R (Generating Employment Alternative for self-Reliance) is non-profit organization, who provides 'interest free - micro loans' unlike conventional microfinance banks. So far we have successfully established 65 families, Alhamdulillah, through a total financing of about 600,000 rupees.
