A new digital library for Pakistan – Manzare Pakistan, invites patriotic Pakistanis at home and abroad to send images, audio clips, video clips and stories of Pakistan to the website to help celebrate the paramount of Pakistan.
Azme Alishan receives its official launch on the 70th anniversary of the Lahore resolution at Aiwan Iqbal, Lahore. Amongst its supporters were celebrities, including but not limited to, Reema, Sajjad Ali, Arieb Azhar, Noor ul Hassan, and Huma Khwaja. The launch was followed by Azme Alishan messages delivered via the media, asking individual Pakistanis to make their own Azm to help build a brighter tomorrow for the nation. A series of Azme Alishan school road shows, hosted by renowned anchor, Faisal Qureshi, takes the movement to the young people of Lahore, and encourages them to make their own ‘Azm’ for a better Pakistan.
Pre-launch activities engage thousands of people with an on street Diya lighting activity and online Nishane Azm initiative. This public engagement act encouraged people to not only claim an online picture of the Minar-e-Pakistan but also make their own Azm for a better Pakistan.
